This Privacy Policy describes how Remi Labs, Inc. (“Remi Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information collected from the Remi Labs mobile application (the “Services”). It also tells you about the rights and choices you have with respect to your personal information, and how you can reach us to get answers to your questions. Please read through this Privacy Policy carefully because the ways in which we use or disclose your Personal Information will vary depending on your relationship with us.

By visiting, signing up, using, browsing, or accessing the Services, you consent to the practices described herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. How We Disclose User Personal Information

In the last twelve months have shared the above categories of Personal Information as follows:

• • Service providers. We share User Personal Information with service providers who process the Personal Information on our behalf for a business purpose including for customer service, marketing communications, IT services, and administrative services.
• • Compliance with legal obligations. We may disclose User Personal Information if required by law, legal process, or government request; to enforce our rights or agreements; protect our users or services; or in connection with legal claims.
• • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, sale, or acquisition of corporate entities or business units, the Personal Information we have collected from you may be part of the assets shared in connection with the due diligence process or the change of ownership.
• • Third Party Advertisers and Analytics Providers. Our use of Online Tracking Technologies gives third party advertising and analytics providers access to your Identifiers and your Internet or other electronic network activity.
• • With Consent. We may disclose Personal Information about Users to certain third parties or publicly with that User's consent or at their direction.

3. Retention of Personal Information

We retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

4. Security of Your Personal Information

We take the security of your Personal Information seriously and use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect it during transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are not responsible for unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure except as required by law. If we believe your information may have been compromised, we will notify you when appropriate.

5. Children and Minors

We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to use our Services, nor do we direct our Services to children. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account in violation of these terms, we will take reasonable steps to close the account and delete any associated Personal Information.

6. Notice of Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing

We do not sell or share your Personal Information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may exercise the privacy rights:

• • The right to limit the use of your sensitive Personal Information. We collect sensitive Personal Information, as defined by applicable privacy laws, but only to provide you with the products and services you requested or that would be reasonably expected by you or for purposes allowed under the law. Therefore, we do not offer the right to limit the use of sensitive Personal Information.

Exercising Your Right to Know, Delete, and Correct. To exercise these rights, email us at the address provided in the “How to Contact Us” section. Please indicate the email address associated with your account and what privacy right you are exercising. Depending on where you live, you have the right to appeal our decision. To do so, email us at the address listed in the “How to Contact Us” section.

Exercising Your Right to Opt-Out of Sale, Share, and Targeted Advertising. As explained above, we do not sell/share or use Personal Information for targeted advertising purposes. Therefore, we do not offer an opt-out mechanism at this time.

Authorized Agent and Verification. Only you, or someone authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your Personal Information. To designate an authorized agent, please contact us as set forth in the “How You Can Contact Us” section. To protect your privacy, we will ask for information to reasonably verify your identity or authority before fulfilling certain requests.

8. Shine the Light Disclosure

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may opt out of the sharing of their Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their own direct marketing so we do not offer the right to opt out at this time.

9. Do Not Track

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that allows you to express your preference not to be tracked across websites. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals.

10. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. All changes take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
